We are still experiencing fall-out from the New York Times article and resulting spin-off media. I also had an amazing number of additional phone calls. More than three times as many people called with positive comments than did those who were unhappy with me - and voiced it with obscenities. As usual!
I already mentioned the Sunday article that ran in a large regional paper with a 90,000 circulation that I considered amazingly balanced and fair. It appears that immediately after that front page article was published, the paper came under attack by the Holocaust Enforcers - and guess what! - the traditional Holocaust Survivor was trotted out, a Rumanian Jewess by the name of Dina Aaron, who was given space to tell her story in response to the Zundelsite tale. Additionally, there was a vitriolic editorial.
Here's how the Aaron write-up went:
"More than five decades ago, at the age of 3, in a concentration camp somewhere in Eastern Europe - she still doesn't know where - Aaron stood in a corner. A wheelbarrow carrying a dead body went by.
'One of the people says, 'there goes your father,' Aaron recalled.
He was shot. Aaron's mother was killed, too, she said, in a gas chamber."
This morning I did an Attack Radio interview called the Stacy Taylor Show, which covers a good part of Southern California - a show that lasted about an hour. It was unpleasant, to say the very least. It was on-air insults from beginning to end. Was I not ashamed to associate with all those unkempt Neo-Nazis? How could I hold such Neanderthal views? Had I no shame? Why didn't I go back to Germany?
You get the drift.
The lady survivor was on-air as well. She spoke in a very soft voice and with a heavy accent, and from all I could gather, she did "see" the smoke coming from the chimneys after her mother was "gassed". When I started mentioning the fact that no well-functioning crematory emits smoke, I was quickly cut off by the host.
I did get Mr. Elie Wiesel's "geysers of blood" story in - you know, the one of ". . . blood spouting from convulsing mass graves" at Babi Yar ***months*** after the victims were buried! - and with considerable relish I called the laureate ". . . a man who had been caught lying massively." We went to a few commercials in a hurry.
The interview left me with a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't think I was as quick on my feet as I might have been, but a friend who listened in said later that I had done well - displaying grace under fire, considering this was my "trial by fire". I did tell Tracy Taylor that I have never in my life treated a Jew the way that he was treating me on the air.
That having put behind me, I next put myself to the task of writing a letter to the editor of the above mentioned paper, our North County Times. Here's what I told the gentleman - if that is what he is - who did a real character assassination number on me:
Your paper sent a reporter to interview me regarding my Revisionist website called the Zundelsite for its August 9 Sunday issue. He conducted himself professionally and did a fair and balanced job.
The same cannot be said about your unsigned editorial by an anonymous writer two days later. It appears that your paper did the obligatory kneefall before the Holocaust Enforcers.
In your editorial, you describe me as having "malevolent fantasies" (are you a mind reader?) and quote me as ". . . denying the Holocaust ever happened."
I said no such thing. I said that Revisionists claim three points, all verifiable with plenty of evidence collected over decades' worth of research. First, according to Revisionist research, there was no German policy of genocide by gassing - none was ever produced at Nuremberg, or since. Secondly, the "gassing" story is a myth not backed up by forensic testing of rock or soil samples or any other reliable evidence. And third, the numbers of Jewish victims believed to have perished, due to whatever causes, are highly inflated.
You call for education and ". . . knowledge of history grounded in facts." You state that ". . . there are lessons to be learned from history, including how to prevent some aspects of it from recurring."
That is what historical Holocaust Revisionists strive to achieve. I'll show you by example, starting with kindergarten math.
In your very first sentence of your editorial you mention the ". . . six million people."
For decades, 19 concrete tablets inscribed in 19 different languages at Auschwitz proclaimed that 4 million of these purported 6 million were killed at the hands of the "Nazis."
When the Berlin Wall fell and Communism crumbled, new documents became available from Soviet archives. The "4 million" were quietly reduced to 1.1 million - later to be raised again to 1.5 million.
This numbers game has been amply documented, and the 1.5 million claim has been reported by both the Jerusalem Post and Yad Vashem.
Even accepting the 1.5 million claim as authentic - which Revisionists and those knowing the facts do not! - 2.5 million "non-dead" would have to be subtracted from the fictional 6 million "victims." No?
According to Politically Incorrect Math, 6 million - 2.5 million = 3.5 million.
According to Holocaust Enforcer math, 6 million - 2.5 million = 6 million.
Now you will say, as many do: "What does it matter how many millions ...?"
It matters. The German state has paid massive "restitution" to Israel based on those non-existent 2.5 millions. The Pope prayed over non-existent victims. For decades, millions of visitors to Auschwitz were told a deliberate lie. To this day, Germans are smeared with the fraudulent "six million" claim - morning, noon and night. Your paper made my point.
But what if there were no "millions" at all?
According to the Death Books of Auschwitz - in Soviet custody and under lock and key until Revisionists unearthed them and Gorbachev released them in 1989 after a massive write-in campaign arranged by Mr. Zundel - it was found that there were only 74,000 deaths recorded at Auschwitz, approximately 30% of whom are believed to have been Jews.
These Jewish victims did not die of "gassings." They died of all kinds of causes, mainly epidemics such as typhus caused by the unavailability of Zyklon B, since Germany was bombed into the stone age in the last horrid weeks of the war and roads became impassable. Zyklon B is a highly effective pesticide for killing lice - not killing human beings. ( Spielberg will have it otherwise! )
Thirty percent of 74,000 = 22,200.
Still a horrific number, you say?
Yes, but at least ten times as many Germans, mostly refugee women and children, were holocausted in just one night in the Allied Dresden fire bombing.
One in five Palestinians is reported to have been in an Israeli prison. Israel is a state that has legalized torture and practices torture on Palestinians.
American citizens are supporting Israel to the tune of $13.5 million a day - 365 days a year. They do so because the Holocaust is Israel's chief propaganda weapon. The Holocaust serves as both sword and shield - removing militaristic Zionists from criticism for their ethnic cleansing, land grab in Palestine, and horrid human rights abuses.
America would stop supporting Israel if Revisionist research became widely known. The Revisionist claim that "six million" did not die is good news - not bad news. Both Germans and Jews ought to rejoice - as should Americans who care for truth - not lapdog propaganda smears by all-too-willing media.
